Group Coaching and 1-1

I run Academy's as needed.

In other words when demand is there. So if you have a number of friends and you wish to get together for some great cricket and to improve your game in all areas then get in touch. (Juniors please ask your parents to contact me).

Yes I would like to run them every year but hall hire costs do dictate that I must have a minimum number to attend to cover these fees hence as needed.

1-1 is more difficult indoors as again costs for the hire of the hall and there will only be two of us in there, however please contact me and we will discuss and arrange something.

During the Summer months we could of course go outdoors and utilise part of the outfield or any static nets assuming the nets have been fitted for the summer season. I could come to you (remember though my base location is HORLEY nr Gatwick Airport).

Sponsors are always welcome to allow me to reduce the fees for higher participation and attendance. If you would like to sponsor Paul's Academy then please get in touch.

Oakwood Sports Centre - 2008

This 2008 course has now finished.

25th October 2008 was the date . A first for Horley, Surrey (my home town) an Academy of Cricket where all ability and both girls and boys can enjoy all their cricket. The 8 week courses will be based on fun and enjoyment, whilst learning and improving both you and your cricket.

25/26 October through 13/14 December 2008
The courses are only for 8 weeks, and will be based on that which Paul has delivered for Surrey Cricket at their Development Courses.

As this is a first, there is still places available.

How to determine which age group to apply for?
A birthday must fall on or after 1st September 2008 for the relevant age group. For Example, an U-6 will have their 6th birthday between 1st September 2008 and 31st August 2009, whilst an U-7 have their 7thbirthday between 1st September 2008 and 31st August 2009 and so on. This is not set in stone please discuss with Paul if you are unsure, which age group your daughter or son should attend..

The cost of Hiring the Sports Hall at Oakwood School is enormous. (Sponsors very welcome to negate some or all of this cost, and that's before paying for any ECB Qualified Coaches) So if you could support this Academy by asking your mum or dad that you would like to attend, it would be great to see you all.

The Future

Going forward I would like this Academy to become an annual event and also to have one post-Christmas - from February - April just before next season starts. The only way this can happen is with your support and attendance.

A23 south from Redhill, take the B2036 at the petrol station roundabout. Up over the railway line and down to some traffic lights.
