this is a Cricket Club Requirement to achieve ClubMark accreditation. Just one person from the Cricket Club needs to attend. However the workshop is very useful in focusing and highlighting on Equity in your chosen sport.

Safe hands workshop for Welfare Officers:

All cricket clubs require a Welfare Officer. A prerequisite is to attend the Time to Listen course and the Safe Guarding and Protecting Children. (ECB Qualified Coaches should also have attended the Safe Guarding and Protecting Children Course to maintain their qualification.)
