"to instil the sport of Cricket with Fun and Respect for All" Paul Grifiths.

Umpires - with out the Umpires the Great Game will be difficult to augment. An integral part of the game for Cricket and do not forget they are also human, and also wish the game to  be played in the right spirit for the benefit of all - playing, watching and  umpiring...

ECB ACO Umpire Level 2:

Paul attended the course in March 2009 at Cranleigh School Surrey. Paul will then need to stand in a minimum of 10

matches as Umpire with two of these been assessed by an ECBACO boundary assessor

I still play so most of these matches as Umpire will be Sunday's with the occasional mid-week appointment. The minimum requirement is 10 matches over two years, but I was hoping to achieve in 2009 if I can. It does mean not playing in some Sunday matches.
